Video Producer / Editor (Tech)

ProductNation is a mobile-first tech content studio. We make videos about cameras, phones, and technology but the goal is never just a review. We find the story inside each piece of tech, go somewhere real, and make something worth watching.

We are looking for a Video Producer who can shoot, edit, and think: someone ready to own their part of a production and grow with the team.

What You Will Do

• Shoot and edit video content across organic and branded campaigns
• Plan and prepare for shoots: location, equipment, lighting, and what needs to happen before the crew arrives
• Work with producers, designers, and the creative team to bring briefs to life
• Handle product shots and tech-focused content with care and attention to detail
• Contribute ideas in pre-production and flag anything that could affect the shoot
• Attend major tech events locally or internationally for event coverage
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in video production: internships, freelance, and personal projects all count
• Comfortable operating a professional camera and setting up basic lighting on location and in studio
• Solid shooting and editing skills with a good eye for framing and pacing
• Familiar with editing tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
• Genuine interest in tech, mobile filmmaking, and the kind of content ProductNation makes
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience shooting tech or product content is a plus
