Key Responsibilities:
Video & Photo Production
- Plan, coordinate, and execute video and photography shoots (both on-site and in-studio), ensuring professional standards in composition, framing, and lighting.
- Operate and maintain video, audio, lighting, and photography equipment to support production needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Organize, manage, and edit raw footage and photography materials into polished final outputs, applying visual effects, subtitles, music, sound design, and voiceovers where needed.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, creative direction, and technical specifications within deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry and content trends, contributing fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools are a plus).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment operation is an advantage.
- Ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content tailored for different platforms and audiences.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
