JOB DESCRIPTION:
VIDEOGRAPHY & VIDEO EDITING
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (e.g., promotional videos, interviews, reels, event coverage).
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both live purpose.
- Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Create short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.customers.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
- Design eye-catching visual content such as banners, posters, ads, thumbnails, and infographics.
- Develop assets for digital campaigns, events, and website use.
- Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and build an active online community.
- Analyze content performance using insights/analytics and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral challenges, and emerging content formats.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Creative Media, Film & Broadcasting, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Preferably 1-3 years working experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered.
- Proficient in camera handling, framing, lighting, audio recording.
- Video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools.
- Ability to create simple motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar.
- Knowledge in managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
- Content creation skills suited to each platform's requirement (e.g., reels, stories, shorts).
- Have own transport.
