Deliverables
- Film and edit promotional videos for various properties, highlighting key selling points and unique features.
- Collaborate closely with the real estate agent to understand property details and desired messaging.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for online platforms, including social media and property listing sites.
- Manage on-site shoots, including setup, lighting, and audio as needed.
- Deliver final edited videos within agreed timelines, maintaining consistent quality and branding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in videography, preferably with a portfolio showcasing real estate or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
