We are seeking a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our Video Production Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling, high-quality video content that brings ideas and stories to life across digital platforms.
You will be involved in the end-to-end production process, from conceptualizing and filming to editing and final delivery. A strong storytelling instinct, keen visual sense, and dedication to creative excellence are essential. You will assist in managing lighting and camera setups, direct on-site talent when needed, and ensure every frame aligns with project objectives and creative standards.
Strong proficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, post-production editing, and collaborative teamwork is key to succeeding in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Able to direct shoots and provide creative direction.
- Able to assist in coordinating the production team.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos.
- Trim footage segments and combine the sequences of the film.
- Develop and execute overall video brand messaging strategy.
- Prepare rough and final cuts for the videos.
- Input effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into videos to enhance visual appeal.
- Insert music and necessary sound effects to the video clips.
- Assist in monitoring all technical aspects of recording and editing to ensure quality standards.
- Discover and implement new videography/video editing techniques and methods to maximize the company's efficiency.
- Work both on-site and off-site as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
- Work effectively with the team members.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Showreel or website portfolio.
- 2-4+ years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Video Specialist or similar role in the Media Industry.
- A complete portfolio depicting previous work.
- Solid experience of using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve.
- Creative thinker and excellent time management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work both on and off-site and pull off long hours if production isn't completed.
