Vietnamese Language Specialist – Accounts Receivable (AR)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and billing processes.
• Apply incoming customer payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts.
• Perform collections activities.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes.
• Maintain customer master records.
• Conduct account reconciliations.
• Support reporting and month-end activities.
• Communicate with French-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• AR experience preferred.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• ERP experience (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Strong customer service skills.
