Job Description
- Operations Strategy Development: Develop and implement operational strategies for VIP user engagement, retention, reactivation, activation, and conversion. Establish user segmentation frameworks and tailored operations plans.
- Data Analysis and Business Insights: Monitor user behavior, trading data, and AM KPI performance to identify business challenges and growth opportunities, and develop targeted improvement plans.
- Task Management and Execution: Coordinate with the RM team to assign operational tasks, define execution goals and strategies, and track task progress, completion, and execution quality.
- Performance Review and Optimization: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of operational strategies and campaigns, document effective SOPs and best practices, and continuously improve operational efficiency and business results.
