We’re looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team as a VIP Manager in Malaysia. This role is all about building strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring excellent service, and driving engagement through personalized strategies.
What you’ll do:
Manage and nurture relationships with VIP clients, ensuring top-class service and retention.
Use player/client insights to develop strategies that increase lifetime value.
Track performance, spending patterns, activity trends, and risk indicators using analytics tools.
Leverage data-driven insights to improve support, retention, and engagement.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in VIP management, high-value customer relations, or client success (industries like hospitality, luxury retail, airlines, banking, or iGaming are all relevant).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust with high-value clients.
Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
A sales- and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs for retention, engagement, and revenue.
