About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our operations on Shopee and TikTok Marketplace. The ideal candidate will assist with customer queries and replying to product reviews to enhance our online presence and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, coordinate shipments, and handle any logistical concerns.
• Monitor & respond to product reviews, and customer feedback.

Pay: RM9.00 per hour

What You Need To Have

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Shopee and TikTok Marketplace operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
