About the Role
As the Visual Merchandiser for CASEBANG and OiYO by Montigo, you will play a key role in bringing both brands to life across our retail stores. You will translate brand identity into compelling in-store experiences through creative display concepts, product storytelling, and cohesive visual presentation. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, commercial awareness, and operational execution, ensuring every store reflects our brand essence and engages customers the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement creative visual merchandising strategies across all retail stores.
- Create visually appealing, brand-aligned displays that enhance the customer experience.
- Develop creative concepts for product arrangements, collection launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Produce clear in-store communication guides for product placement, signage, and display flow.
- Plan and execute an intuitive customer journey through store zoning and visual storytelling.
- Research, propose, and present visual merchandising concepts and revisions for approval.
- Work closely with suppliers and operations teams to manage production timelines and logistics.
- Monitor and control VM budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the Retail and Brand teams on campaign planning and store rollouts.
- Oversee the production, setup, and installation of all visual displays.
- Conduct store visits to monitor display standards, provide guidance, and ensure consistency.
- Train and brief retail teams on proper display maintenance and seasonal updates.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines and fast-paced retail cycles.
What You Need To Have
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in lifestyle or consumer goods retail.
- Strong creative eye and ability to translate brand identity into impactful in-store visuals.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficient in visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or equivalent).
- Good understanding of retail operations, customer flow, and display principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Willing to travel to retail outlets for setup, audits, and campaign rollouts.
