My client is a leading Electronics/ Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing company, with operations worldwide.

They are now seeking to hire a VP WW Operations.

A key task will be driving operational and manufacturing efficiency across all worldwide sites.

Key Responsibilities • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across all manufacturing facilities to ensure smooth and efficient processes, identify and mitigate operational risks. • Production Management: Drive production while maintaining strict quality standards. • Technology & Automation: Lead initiatives for advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and digital transformation. • Process Optimization: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity. • Customer Satisfaction: ensuring fulfillment of quality standards and customer specifications. • Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive cost-efficiency. • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Electronics, or related field.

• Experience: 20+ years in high-tech manufacturing operations. Proven track record in managing large-scale production.

• Skills: Strong leadership and strategic thinking. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Key Competencies
