VTS Protege (Trainee) - Business Development & Commercial

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protg who is enthusiastic about oil and gas operations through Business Development & Commercial portfolio by assisting in the preparation of business & tender proposals and internal coordination activities. The Protg will gain exposure to the company's commercial operations within the drilling sector.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduate to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protg for Business Development & Commercial under Drilling Business joining us in April 2026.

Job Responsibility:-

• Assist in the preparation and compilation of technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather the necessary information and inputs for proposals.
• Format, organize, and maintain proposal documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide administrative support, including assistance with monthly reporting and documentation.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Minimum requirements:-

• Fresh graduates with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management or any equivalent
• Good communication skills both in English and Malay
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
• High integrity, fast learner and detail-oriented.
• Can work at our main office in Plaza Sentral, KL (opposite to KL Sentral)
• Must currently unemployed
• Age 26 and below
