Role Overview
The Wafer Equipment Sustaining Engineer is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving wafer fabrication equipment performance to ensure stable, high-yield manufacturing. This role supports U.S.-based factory operations and provides hands-on exposure to advanced semiconductor tools, automation systems, and data-driven manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and optimize equipment process controls and parameters.
- Collaborate with managers, technicians, and engineers to resolve complex equipment issues.
- Document and communicate factory status, including emerging problems and solutions.
- Monitor SPC data and leverage machine learning applications to predict and prevent equipment inhibitors.
- Train technicians and managers on evolving tool control systems.
- Work with state-of-the-art nanofabrication equipment and cutting-edge technologies.
- Drive automation projects using advanced workflow and decision-analysis tools

What We're Looking For
- BS degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 02 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and understanding of statistical controls.
- Interest in semiconductor manufacturing and automation.
