Warehouse Assistant| 9am-6pm | Aljunied | Full time | 5 days

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and inventory management. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth warehouse processes and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or collection.
• Perform stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse systems.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods safely.
• Conduct regular housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Support stock takes and cycle counts.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or storekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to carry out physical warehouse duties.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures.
• Familiar with scanning devices or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
