Purpose Of The Role
To assist manager, Line leader and team leader to perform day to day operational activities/ ad hoc project, and ensure that task carried out in accordance to SOPs
What You'll Do
- Establish close working relationships with all Operational Business department or Section Heads and Client Services Team in communication, development and follow up on inventory/ complaint issues.
- To optimize locations capacity and stocks placement effectively.
- To make sure that all the short expiry/ expired stocks are consolidate into dedicated lock and cage locations.
- To ensure that all scrap note that to be disposed are sent for destruction.
- To perform system material maintenance and update upon request.
- To monitor stock on hand and investigate root cause of stock discrepancy reported by internal customers and initiate corrective action
- Work closely with line leader, team leader and managers to ensure daily activities are completed without delay.
- Deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- To ensure safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed at all time.
- To ensure and maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
- Perform other duties as assigned when required.
