Warehouse Assistant

Warehouse I_MB30 – Labuan, Malaysia

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse I_MB30 to support warehouse and yard operations, inventory management, shipments, data entry, and HSE compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse, yard, inventory, and shipment activities.
• Perform physical inventory and asset verification.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Manufacturing, Service Delivery, and Quality teams.
• Maintain 6S, Lean, HSE, and safety standards.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain relevant records.
• Support warehouse layout and process improvement.
• Follow shift/on-call schedules and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of chemical/dangerous goods handling.
• SAP/Oracle or other ERP experience is an advantage.
• Basic MS Excel, Outlook, and PC skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
