Key Responsibilities

. Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations and supply chain processes

. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities

. Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods

. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners

. Negotiate transportation rates and service agreements

. Track inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures

. Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify process improvements

. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs requirements, and company policies

. Manage logistics budgets and control operational costs

. Lead and supervise logistics staff, warehouse teams, and coordinators

. Resolve shipping delays, transportation issues, and customer complaints

. Implement logistics software systems and reporting tools

. Prepare operational reports and forecasts for senior management
