Warehouse Assistant (Manufacturing / Senai)

• Supervise and manage all goods in the warehouse, including receiving stock, processing returns, and conducting inventory checks.
• Coordinate with production to handle material picking, receiving finished products, and transferring semi-finished products and ingredients.
• Manage inventory using WMS and SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes.
• Oversee picking, packing, and dispatching of orders for timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are correctly labeled and documented.
• Store and manage materials in compliance with HACCP requirements, especially allergenic materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse, including equipment upkeep and adherence to safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 1-2 years in warehouse management or logistics.
• Experience with WMS or SAP is a plus.
• Familiar with stock control and inventory processes.
• Focus on accurate labeling, documentation, and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of HACCP, especially for allergenic materials.
• Proficiency in Mandarin(speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
• Willingness to work5.5 days per week.
