Job Description

Supervise and manage all goods in the warehouse, including receiving stock, processing returns, and conducting inventory checks.
Coordinate with production to handle material picking, receiving finished products, and transferring semi-finished products and ingredients.
Manage inventory using WMS and SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes.
Oversee picking, packing, and dispatching of orders for timely and accurate fulfillment.
Ensure outgoing shipments are correctly labeled and documented.
Store and manage materials in compliance with HACCP requirements, especially allergenic materials.
Maintain a clean, safe warehouse, including equipment upkeep and adherence to safety standards.

Job Requirements

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
1-2 years in warehouse management or logistics.
Experience with WMS or SAP is a plus.
Familiar with stock control and inventory processes.
Focus on accurate labeling, documentation, and safety compliance.
Knowledge of HACCP, especially for allergenic materials.
Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.
Must be willing to work in Senai.
