Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee warehouse receiving, inventory control, and key-in management to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and electrical circuits, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
KPI Achievement & Performance Optimization: Ensure department KPIs are met by improving operational processes, minimizing errors, and driving efficiency.
Team Coordination & Compliance: Work closely with internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety protocols, and optimize warehouse workflows.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement best practices, and leverage technology to improve overall warehouse efficiency.
Major Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree or above (Preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems
Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse/logistics operations (preferably from third-party logistics or electronic manufacturing).
Industry Background: Experience in electronic manufacturing with material ship-to-line processes.
Language:
Strong English reading and writing skills; fluent in spoken English.
Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
Software Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Skilled in SAP, WMS, TMS warehouse management systems.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in warehouse automation projects and process re-engineering.
Background in digital transformation and efficiency improvement initiatives.
