Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize our warehouse operations in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and logistics, with proven leadership skills to ensure the team operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory levels and control stock movements to prevent discrepancies.
• Assist in the training and supervision of warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory counts.
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
