. Provide customer service support via phone and email

. Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.

. Collaborate with other departments/stakeholders to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries

. Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately in a timely manner.

. Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
