Lead and execute a comprehensive range of inventory / outbound counting activities, including routine cycle counts, annual stock takes, and special ad-hoc verifications.
Demonstrate expert proficiency in utilizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scanners for accurate data collection and inventory / outbound tracking.
Possess strong basic Excel skills, enabling efficient data management through filtering, sorting, and creating pivot tables for reporting and analysis.
Ensure strict adherence to established receiving and put-away procedures to maintain optimal inventory flow and accuracy within the warehouse.
Maintain a thorough understanding and rigorous application of First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) inventory control principles.
Apply a foundational knowledge of warehouse rack transfer processes and bin location logic to optimize storage and retrieval operations.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 2 years of working experience in specialized in courier service/logistics/warehousing background
A good team player and able to lead a team independently
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good coordination and organizational skill
Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang
Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
