About The Job
- Material Handling & Storage: Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials while ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
- Inventory Management: Conduct routine physical stock counts; ensure alignment with system records; flag and resolve discrepancies.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Safety Management: Implement safety protocols to prevent fire, theft, and moisture damage; ensure safe warehouse practices.
- Forklift Operation (if applicable): Operate forklifts for unloading containers at factory/project sites; safely handle and transport goods.
- Reporting: Prepare regular inventory and movement reports to support operational and management decisions.
about the requirements
- Education: Minimum high school or equivalent.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year in warehouse operations (project/factory).
- 2+ years for forklift/container unloading role.
- Fresh-graduates are also welcomed.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense.
- Good communication skills.
- Forklift license required for forklift-specific role.
