Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth outbound processes and on-time order fulfilment.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including task allocation, on-site coordination, and performance monitoring to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Sales, Service, Admin, Finance, and Logistics teams to support business needs and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor outsourced logistics providers, track delivery performance, and manage related documentation and payment submissions.
- Ensure warehouse documentation and administrative records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Operate and maintain warehouse systems (WMS/SAP), while providing guidance and training to warehouse staff.
- Drive warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, stock accuracy, space utilization, workflow efficiency, and cost control.
- Maintain compliance with 6S, safety standards, and company operational policies.
- Support stock take, warehouse audits, inventory reorganization, layout planning, and process optimization projects.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management to support continuous operational improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, with supervisory experience being an added advantage.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or related systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of 6S and warehouse best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting/data analysis.
- Able to work independently, handle pressure, and take ownership of warehouse performance and operational results.
