Warehouse Fulfillment Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Fulfilment & Warehouse

• Pick and check items according to customer orders, ensuring the correct items, quantities and packaging.
• Pack orders securely and appropriately to prevent damage during delivery.
• Print and attach shipping labels, invoices and other required documentation.
• Perform stock counts and assist with inventory checks. Report damaged, missing or incorrect items.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, storing and arranging incoming stock.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organisation of the warehouse and packing area.

General

• Follow company procedures for order fulfilment, production, stock handling and workplace safety.
• Assist with other warehouse, production, logistics or fulfilment duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, packing, fulfilment, production or retail experience is an advantage.
• Experience in food, beverage, supplement or FMCG production is a plus.
• Able to use a computer for basic tasks.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift and move packages as required.
• Willing to follow hygiene, food safety and GMP practices.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Warehouse system knowledge is an advantage.

Working Hours

Mon – Thurs: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sat: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

(Break: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)

Off days: Friday & Sunday
