Warehouse Fulfillment Executive

This role is under SCI Group, Supply Chain Center, Logistics & Fulfillment Department.

The candidate will work cross functional teams to align the business requirements and

collaborate with 3PLs on daily end to end e-commerce fulfillment operations delivering

the best fulfillment experiences to customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce warehouse and

logistics operations, 3PL performance management, problem solving and project

management.

Base Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Fulfillment Operations

Liaising with cross functional teams on the fulfillment requirements and

coordinate with 3PL plan the operational activities for the fulfillment services

delivery

Managing necessary platform wise order creation, administration, shipping and

status tracking accurately, and ensuring all orders are fulfilled according to the

time frame

Monitor closely on 3PL daily fulfillment operations such as inbound, outbound

and inventory management to ensure the assigned tasks being completed

on-time on target

Handling any fulfillment related troubleshooting ensure the operations running

smoothly

Monitoring closely on 3PL performance for any fulfillment related process

improvements, issues highlight and resolving

Perform then end to end handling of cross border shipping, import/export, and

custom clearances

Managing warehouse return orders processing till closure for inventory accuracy

Liaising with CS team and last mile service providers for claim processing

Planning any inventory management related events for necessary stock counting

and auditing

Reporting, Process Improvement, SOP and Project Execution

Liaising with 3PL on the monthly billing submission and verification to ensure the

invoices being processed on-time with 100% accuracy

Preparing reports for 3PL performance review

Responsible for reviewing and investigating operations failures, and working with

3PL for process improvements and SOP revision to prevent occurrences Execute and accomplish the projects assigned (e.g. WH migration, stock

relocation, process roll-out, etc.) on time on target

Perform other job-related functions when required

Requirements:

Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, and business administration.

1-3 years ecommerce fulfillment experience (fresh graduates are welcome)

Knowledge of OMS and WMS API integration would be an advantage

Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.)

Good in data analytics and problem solving

Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables & charts)

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the tenacity to perform in a fast-paced

environment

Excellent communication skills English, Mandarin and Malaysian

Based in residential country, able to travel around the regions (SEA & CN)
