Warehouse & Fulfilment Assistant (Packer)

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse & Fulfilment Assistant to join the growing Healez Warehouse Team.

This role plays an important part in ensuring that every Healez order is accurately prepared, carefully packed, and dispatched efficiently. You will be responsible for supporting daily order fulfilment operations while maintaining the quality, organisation, and efficiency of the warehouse and packing area.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include carefully picking and packing skincare products according to established standard operating procedures, checking product quantities and conditions, ensuring accurate labelling, and preparing orders for courier collection and delivery.

You will also support inventory organisation, stock checks, and general warehouse operations while working closely with the logistics and operations teams to meet daily fulfilment targets.

* Pick, check, and pack customer orders accurately according to company procedures.

* Ensure the correct products, quantities, variants, and promotional items are included in every order.

* Inspect products and packaging to ensure they are in good condition before dispatch.

* Apply accurate shipping labels and prepare parcels for courier collection.

* Organise and maintain inventory within the packing and warehouse areas.

* Assist with receiving, arranging, and replenishing warehouse stock.

* Support regular stock counts and basic inventory checks.

* Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and efficient packing workstation.

* Meet daily order fulfilment and packing targets while maintaining quality standards.

* Assist with basic record-keeping using order management systems, barcode scanners, or internal tools.

* Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Follow all company quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.

* Support continuous improvements to warehouse and fulfilment processes.

* Ability to perform packing and general warehouse duties efficiently and responsibly.

* Strong attention to detail, especially when checking orders, quantities, labels, and product conditions.

* Good organisational and time-management skills.

* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily fulfilment targets.

* Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle cartons and products within reasonable workplace safety limits.

* Basic computer literacy and ability to learn order management systems or barcode scanning tools.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

* Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.

* Previous experience in packing, warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage, but not mandatory.

* Interest in skincare or beauty products is beneficial, with a willingness to learn about the Healez product range and handling requirements.
