Warehouse Inventory Executive

Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Executive to join our team in Shah Alam. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in inventory management and will be responsible for overseeing the accurate tracking and management of inventory within our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures.
• Prepare and analyse inventory reports to identify trends and issues.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on inventory best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-7 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and other departments.
