Job Responsibility
Shipping And Receiving Management
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify received goods against purchase orders and manage documentation.
- Organize transportation logistics for outbound shipments and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
Inventory Control And Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Implement efficient storage and retrieval systems to optimize warehouse space utilization.
Material Handling
- Oversee the movement of materials within the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials to prevent damage during handling.
Communication With Stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inventory needs and fulfill customer orders.
- Liaise with external partners, such as carriers and suppliers, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues related to shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations.
Adherence To Standards And Procedures
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Implement best practices for warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to continuous optimization efforts.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Strong communication skills
