Warehouse & Logistic Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse, logistics, transportation, and customer service operations.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for timely and accurate deliveries.
• Negotiate transportation contracts and maintain strong relationships with carriers and service providers.
• Optimize shipping methods, routes, and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor logistics budgets, expenditures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead warehouse activities including storage, labeling, shipment processing, and inventory handling.
• Resolve logistics issues and customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, safety requirements, and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support overall business objectives and operational efficiency.
