What You Will DoLead Logistics System Testing Operations
- Supervise Logistics System Test Officers
- Manage end-to-end testing for inventory & inbound/outbound processes
- Track system issues and coordinate resolutions
- Ensure accurate reporting to international stakeholders
Improve Quality & Processes
- Identify system gaps and optimization opportunities
- Update SOPs, work instructions & documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Reporting & Client Communication
- Prepare structured weekly/monthly reports
- Present findings to management and Japan client team
What We're Looking For
46 years experience in Logistics Software or Warehouse Management Systems
Experience within logistics / warehousing industry
Fluent in English & Chinese (both required for client communication)
Strong analytical & reporting skills
Leadership experience (team handling exposure required)
High attention to detail & process discipline
Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environment
Willing to support overtime when needed
Nice to Have
- Experience in automated warehouse environment
- Six Sigma certification
- Exposure to structured QA / system testing environments
