Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and delivery of materials and finished gloves.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and properly updated in the system.
- Control stock levels and practice FIFO/FEFO to avoid damage or expiry.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Logistics to support smooth operations.
- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Ensure safety rules are followed, including forklift and chemical handling procedures.
- Prepare basic reports on stock, deliveries, and warehouse performance.
- Support audits and comply with company policies and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- At least 58 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing company.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiar with safety and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Experience in glove manufacturing or medical products is an added advantage.
