Role and Responsibility :

- Able to handle Day to Day Operations Management (Inbound, Outbound & Returns)

- Able to build dashboard for daily, weekly, and monthly operations Reports .

- Work closely with all stakeholders in getting the Inbound/Outbound Projections for Warehouse & Resource Planning

- Must have hands on experience on various WMS/OMS Tools ( Unicommerce/Increff)

-3PL Vendor Contract Management- Negotiation on 3PL commercials & finalizing the vendor contracts.

-Coordinating with on 3PL Partners to ensure on time vehicle placements & delivery as the agreed SLA

-Coordination with all marketplace channels to ensure hassle free Operations (Inbound plan/GRN/Returns)

-3PL Vendor Invoice Reco- Any discrepancies must be checked & Resolved

-Understanding of Freight Forwarding, product level certification, clearance from customs

-Compliance & Liaisoning with Government Bodies.

Skills and experience required :

1. 5+ years Experience in e-commerce or Marketplace Channel Operations

2. Expertise in handling B2B Operations, Planning & Analytics.

3. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams across brand acquisition, technology, operations, and marketing, focusing on global scaling.

4. Experience in working on OMS/WMS Tools (Unicommerce/Increff)
