Job Description:

Warehouse project execution & problem solving - Identify warehouse operational pain points (picking, packing, sorting, inventory flow, space utilization, bottlenecks), analyze root causes, and translate them into structured, executable improvement plans.
Warehouse process optimization & migration execution - Support warehouse improvement initiatives including process redesign, operational optimization, and warehouse migration activities to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption.
Cross-functional coordination & stakeholder communication - Work with multiple stakeholders to align requirements, communicate project plans clearly, and ensure execution alignment from planning to implementation.
Planning, tracking & delivery ownership - Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure initiatives are delivered within scope, timeline, and expected operational outcomes.
Operational automation, AI adoption & digital improvement - Drive automation and AI-enabled initiatives (workflow automation, smart tools, system enhancements) to improve warehouse productivity, operational accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia able to clearly articulate ideas and work with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Process-driven, structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability
Preferred background: exposure in project management, operations, business process improvement, analytics, automation, or related fields
Fresh graduates or early career professionals are welcome to apply
