Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role

About the RoleWe are seeking a local Operations Specialist to own our Malaysia warehouse and fulfilment operations. This role supervises our 3PL partner end to end — from receiving and put-away to picking and outbound — safeguards last-mile delivery performance, governs RMA reverse logistics, and acts as the local interface for compliance certification.

Responsibilities

• Local warehousing & 3PL supervision — oversee the full 3PL workflow: receiving, put-away, labelling, picking and outbound; control mis-shipment, UPC / label errors; isolate and report damaged or defective goods; run on-site stock counts and reconcile book-vs-physical discrepancies
• Last-mile fulfilment & delivery — take Ops order and delivery-SLA requirements, coordinate in-warehouse outbound and last-mile dispatch, safeguard on-time delivery, escalate exceptions promptly to Ops and country sales, and drive them to resolution
• RMA reverse-logistics monitoring — supervise return registration, QC grading and sorting of good vs defective returns against unified standards; follow up re-shelving of good returns and compliant disposal of defective goods; revitalise reverse inventory and cut slow-moving stock; feed field execution issues back to relevant teams
• Local certification coordination & warehouse-side support — act as the local certification coordination interface; drive warehouse-side on-site corrective actions and document preparation; support completion of local compliance certification and on-site audits

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
• Valid work authorization in Malaysia

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cross-border overseas warehousing / 3PL warehouse operations, outbound quality control, last-mile fulfilment, B2B delivery, or RMA reverse-logistics governance
• Solid command of end-to-end overseas-warehouse operations — SKU management, barcode management, damage liability assessment, outbound verification
• Proven 3PL on-site process supervision, operation error-correction and quality-interception capability
• Hands-on verification capability across labelling, UPC, picking and outbound stages
• Capability in cargo-damage investigation, liability determination and exception isolation
• Ability to land last-mile timeliness and safeguard customer delivery requirements
• Experience in reverse sorting, QC, inventory-variance review and cross-functional follow-through
• Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for errors; strong execution, on-site focus and process-quality mindset; resilient and pragmatic — no paper-only work
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus
