Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Inbound/Outbound Exception Management (30%)

Real-time monitoring of inbound and outbound operations
Handle inbound exceptions: short delivery, carton damage, document mismatch, putaway errors
Handle outbound exceptions: wrong pick, short pick, over pick, wrong SKU, missed scan
Manage cancelled orders: reconcile deducted inventory, return滞留 stock
Document all exceptions with photos and email for audit trail
Ensure same-day resolution; escalate to Regional Operations Manager when needed
Coordinate with 3PL team on corrective actions

2. Weekly Cycle Count (20%)

Plan and execute weekly cycle counts for key SKUs and high-risk locations
Verify: location + SKU + quantity accuracy
Investigate variances: check transaction logs, compare documents vs. physical stock, review CCTV
Prepare cycle count reports and track discrepancy closure
Assist in quarterly/annual full inventory counts

3. Returns Classification & Same-Day Processing (25%)

4. On-site Delivery Assurance & Rapid Response (25%)

Ensure on-time delivery per SLA (outbound and pickup)
On-site support during peak periods and campaigns
Support local compliance activities: certification audits, product batch verification, labeling supervision
Monitor 3PL adherence to SOPs; conduct random checks
Resolve urgent issues and communicate with Regional team

Requirements

At least 3 years of warehouse operations experience (e-commerce or 3PL preferred)
Bilingual: proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage
Familiar with WMS, inventory control, and warehouse workflows
Hands-on experience in exception handling, cycle counting, and returns management
Capable of working independently and reporting to off-site stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Authorized to work in Malaysia
