Key Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Executive, you will:

1. Manage End-to-End Material Flow: Take ownership of the material process, from receiving goods and initiating quality inspections to accurately processing all inbound and outbound transactions in our ERP system.

2.Uphold Inventory Integrity: Be the guardian of our inventory accuracy. You will perform daily cycle counts and lead root cause analysis for any discrepancies, ensuring consistent book-to-physical accuracy.

3. Champion Warehouse Excellence: Proactively maintain and improve our warehouse standards, including:

- Strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and shelf-life management.

- Meticulous 6S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) and housekeeping.

- Monitoring and reporting on environmental controls (temperature, humidity, ESD).

4. Operate with Safety and Skill: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and stackers, to move, locate, and store materials efficiently.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):

• A high school, diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse or logistics role within a manufacturing company.
• Essential: A valid, local Malaysian forklift operator's license.
• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively coordinate with our diverse team and suppliers.
