Job Description

About The Team

We are seeking a detailed oriented individual to support the planning and management of overall assets and equipment (Scanners, PDAs, Laptops, Trolleys, Conveyors, Packing Machines, etc.) across our warehouse network. This role ensures all our fulfillment warehouses have the right assets to support daily operations, while maintaining visibility on utilization, tracking, cost efficiency and forecasting.

Job Description

Asset Planning & Deployment:

  • Maintain accurate inventory of all operational assets across fulfilment warehouses.
  • Coordinate deployment, retrieval, and redistribution of assets based on volume trends and operational forecasts.
  • Support capacity planning by ensuring assets are available ahead of peak periods and ensure sufficient spaces are available at each warehouse to store asset stock.

Lifecycle & Maintenance Management

  • Track asset conditions, breakage rates, and repair needs; ensure timely maintenance or replacement.
  • Work with vendors to manage repairs, warranty claims, spare parts, and SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with asset handling SOPs at all sites.

Process & Cost Control

  • Monitor utilization rates and flag underused, misplaced, or idle assets.
  • Support cost analysis for purchasing, repairing, and replacing assets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize asset lifespan and reduce operational costs.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain asset database and dashboard.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on asset movement, stock levels, repair status, and budget usage.
  • Analyze trends to propose improvements in allocation and maintenance processes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Corporate IT, and vendors for asset requirements.
  • Manage external vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to contracts.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or asset/equipment management preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills: familiarity with SQL or data dashboards is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
