Manage Stock Movement: Coordinate all stock transfers between our main and satellite warehouses, including planning, logistics, and collaborating with warehouse operations.
Optimize Warehouse Utilization: Monitor warehouse usage and costs, identifying key indicators to proactively plan and execute cost-effective expansion or optimization projects.
Design Optimal Layouts: Analyze current stock profiles and utilization data to develop efficient layout plans and recommend storage types that maximize space and accessibility.
Strategize Expansion: Determine and propose ideal warehouse expansion methods, including the feasibility of satellite warehouses, multi-location operations, and innovative layout optimizations to significantly increase storage capacity.
Lead Expansion Projects: Manage end-to-end warehouse expansion projects. This includes sourcing locations, meticulously managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams (Logistics, Procurement, IT) on renovations, shelving, and electrical work for seamless execution.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in various ad-hoc projects focused on enhancing overall warehouse processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting and/or project management, with a strong preference for candidates with direct involvement in warehouse design, implementation, or significant process improvement projects within a warehouse environment.
Demonstrated strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative and practical solutions.
Solid data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Proven ability to work independently in a complex and diverse environment, demonstrating strong initiative and self-direction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and build strong working relationships across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
