Job Description

Key Responsible:
  • Develop and implement warehouse strategies aligned with Bilabila Retail's business goals and expansion plans.
  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Ensure smooth and timely distribution of goods to all Bilabila Mart outlets and other business units.
  • Ensure high inventory accuracy through robust controls, cycle counts, and stock audits.
  • Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, shrinkage, and damages; implement corrective actions.
  • Improve warehouse layout, workflows, and SOPs to maximize space utilization and productivity.
  • Lead, coach, and manage warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational staff.
  • Set KPIs and performance targets for teams; conduct regular reviews and corrective actions.
  • Build a strong succession plan and ensure continuous skills development within the warehouse team.
  • Manage warehouse operating budgets, manpower planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce logistics, storage, and handling costs without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to health & safety procedures.
  • Manage risk mitigation plans for stock loss, operational disruptions, and emergency situations.
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Finance, and HR teams.
  • Support new store openings, promotions, and peak-season planning.
  • Lead or support system improvements such as WMS, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Lean, Six Sigma) are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or distribution environments.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-shift operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
