- Responsible for the daily operations - sortation warehouse management, and worker / shift management
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently
- Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams are running smoothly
- Ensure that the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed
- Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team
- Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
- Carry the Shopee Values in your work while continuously improving your output & attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement
- Experience in operational level from warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, fast moving good or related industries.
- Strong leadership, people management and problem solving skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders
- Diploma in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines are preferred. Others with transferable skillsets are welcomed to apply.
- Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
- Working location: Bukit Raja Selatan, Shah Alam
