We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient inventory control. This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain high standards of productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving processes to meet customer demands.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for effective tracking of inventory.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for warehouse activities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
