Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Lead and supervise warehouse associates in day-to-day activities by LMW requirements.
Ensure accurate inventory management using SAP S4/HANA for material transactions such as stock movements, goods receipt, and goods issue.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely material availability and stock replenishment.
Manage the proper documentation and filing of inbound and outbound shipments.
Train, mentor and evaluate material handler performance, providing feedback and improvement plans as needed.
Monitor and control waste management and segregation under LMW requirement.
Container Stuffing and Unstuffing:
Supervise and participate in the container stuffing and unstuffing process, ensuring it is done efficiently and safely.
Optimize the use of space within containers to minimize freight costs and damage risks.
Ensure the accurate logging of container loading and unloading activities.
To prepare shipping documents before loading and unloading, and to communicate with the team for arrangement.
Warehouse Organization & 5S Compliance:
Implement and maintain 5S methodology to ensure an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse layout.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with 5S standards.
Label and arrange products systematically to enhance traceability and accessibility.
Regularly inspect warehouse conditions, equipment, and systems to ensure everything is in working order.
Ensure that warehouse operations meet established quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Inventory & Stock Control:
Maintain accurate inventory levels by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
Monitor and track stock levels, ensuring timely reordering of materials to prevent stockouts.
Implement best practices for inventory control and management using SAP S4/HANA EWM.
Assist in maintaining stock accuracy with a focus on minimizing variances.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of inventory.
Safety & Compliance:
Promote and enforce a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA standards and internal safety protocols.
Ensure all safety measures are in place, including proper PPE use and safety training for warehouse staff.
Ensure all warehouse material handlers have valid license to operate forklift trucks
Identify potential risks and hazards within the warehouse and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
Conduct routine inspections of handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and ensure they are maintained properly.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with other departments, such as production, planning, logistics, and procurement, to streamline material handling and improve overall warehouse performance.
Coordinate with transport and logistics providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
Maintain open communication with the Plant Manager regarding any issues, process improvements, or material shortages.
Handle damaged or faulty goods by following proper reporting and return procedures.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any warehouse issues or concerns, including inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and operational bottlenecks.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency.
4.0 MAIN TASKS

5.0 PROFILE
Diploma in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or related field or
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations & shipping, preferably in a LMW manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA EWM for warehouse and inventory management.
Experience in container stuffing and unstuffing operations.
Strong understanding of 5S methodology and experience implementing it in a warehouse setting.
Good knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stocks.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
