Job Description

In charge of purchasing / receiving
In charge of warehouse inventory system
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management logistics, floor productivity, shipping.
Responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and material, picking and filling orders from stock, shipping orders, and managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Superior and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, own collection, packing and shipping of products.
Implement and optimize warehouse processes to maximize efficacy and accuracy
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse operations.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Complete diary logs into inventory
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
