About The Team

You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Two positions available: Inbound Supervisor and Inventory Supervisor. Candidates will be assessed and assigned to the role that best matches their skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a productive and safe working environment.

Manage inbound operations including receiving, inspection, picking, storage, and shipment of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Oversee inventory control processes, monitor stock accuracy, and implement effective inventory management practices.

Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

Collaborate with internal teams and transport partners to ensure efficient logistics coordination and resolve shipment issues.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 13 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office; WMS experience is an advantage.

Fluency in Mandarin-language and English-language (speaking, reading, and writing).
