We are hiring for Warehouse Supervisor
Working Hours : Monday Friday [ 9:00am 6:00pm ], Saturday [ 9:00am 1:00pm ]
Location : Sungai Long, Kajang, Selangor
Job Scope:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse operational activities, ensuring smooth goods flow, inventory accuracy, and leading the warehouse team to work efficiently.
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Coordinator position.
- Operational Expertise: Solid understanding of daily warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping).
- Team Management: Basic ability to lead, organize, and direct warehouse staff.
- Inventory Systems: Familiarity with using inventory systems or basic WMS.
- Stock Accuracy: Focus on maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse orderliness.
- Work Efficiency: Ability to ensure warehouse tasks are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee all warehouse functions, including inbound (receiving goods) and outbound (shipping goods) processes according to schedule.
- Team Management: Organize daily task assignments, motivate, and ensure warehouse staff adheres to standard company procedures.
- Inventory Control: Ensure stock accuracy through regular checks and the use of the inventory system. Report stock discrepancies to management.
- Warehouse Orderliness: Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and proper arrangement of goods in the warehouse according to established storage standards.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly operational reports related to the volume of incoming/outgoing goods and team performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the cosmetics industry. Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese is preferable.
- Chinese applicant is preferable.
