Warehouse Supervisor (Semiconductor / Pasir Gudang)

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide training, and oversee daily operations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and prepare reports to support planning and workflow improvements.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external parties.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation.
• Handle emergencies and perform daily 6S inspections to ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of goods in line with company procedures.
• Manage inventory control, plan budgets, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
• Willingness to travel to China for training (3-6 months) if needed.
• 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm).
• Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
