The Warranty Intern will support the Warranty team in managing warranty and Free Service Maintenance (FSM) claims, including reviewing claim documentation and maintaining accurate reports. Key Responsibilities Warranty Claims Operations
- Assist in processing and reviewing warranty and FSM claims submitted by dealers
- Support validation of documents such as Repair Orders, invoices, and supporting reports
- Maintain and update warranty claim records in internal systems
- Prepare and update reports, trackers, and presentations for weekly/monthly reviews
- Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to follow up on missing information
- Assist in data analysis related to warranty performance and claims trends, as required
- Support administrative tasks within the warranty department
Education & Skills
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of automotive or warranty processes is an advantage
- Experience in handling data or reports is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good time management skills
