Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.

Manage customer orders, invoices, and sales records.

Handle jewellery stock counting, transfers, and replenishment.

Maintain attractive jewellery displays and visual merchandising standards.

Assist with returns, exchanges, and old-gold transactions according to company policies.

Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and security procedures.

Support billing, cash handling, packing, and daily store operations.
