Conduct a comprehensive country-level gap analysis to identify specific country needs & opportunities.
Work with in-country WM Product Management team on rollout plans for exclusive Affluent/WM products tailored to address identified gaps.
Work with MIST teams to actively seek and evaluate Investment/Treasury opportunities.
Work with Regional CIO team to evaluate and roll-out CIO Signature Series Funds of Funds offering.
Leverage on data analytics & client insights to work on WM X-sell campaigns, meeting affluent clients needs and goals.
Build best practice guides on driving WM penetration using Digital tools/capabilities.
Work with country Digital leads to drive digitization of WM capabilities, offered through DIY (Do-It-Yourself) tools and RM (Relationship Manager) assisted platforms.
Put special focus on strategic partnership with Sompo (General Insurance) & SunLife (Life/Credit Insurance).
Key Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (Law/Accounting/Banking/ Finance/ Business / Economics/ Arts).
At least 10 years of experience in relevant banking background, in established banks / financial institutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and has experience in engaging, leading and influencing various teams to achieve objectives within aggresive timelines.
Experience in product development and management (Preferred & Wealth Management) would be an advantage.
Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
